30-Day Exchange & Return:

Unsatisfied glasses can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receiving.
If you made a mistake during the order, or you just don’t like the glasses, you can return them for a 50% refund (excluding shipping) or for a one-time-use 100% discount code (excluding shipping).You can also keep the original glasses you received for backup,and we will provide a 50% discount code(excluding shipping) for you to purchase a new pair.Customers are eligible for a one-time exchange for each order. 
If your item(s) arrived broken or defective, please contact us so we can make it right! We'd like to send you a replacement right away at no additional charge.
 

3-Month Warranty:

Customers will enjoy a 3-month warranty (90 days of receiving), covering any possible defect in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover wear and tear from everyday use, or sudden force or impact.

 

How do I make a return/exchange?

  1. Login your LUOMON account and find the order number you are not satisfied with. Click the "contact" button.
     
  2. Then reply with your refund/exchange reason or upload the return form screenshot.
     
  3. Click "Submit". Once we received your request, your exclusive CSR will email you back to solve the issue with 24 hours (48 hours on weekends). Please check your spam folder if you don't hear back from us. 


These items must be included in package:

  1. All returns must be returned in their unworn, original condition, in their entirety(frames, lenses, glasses case, any accessories).
  2. A note with the RA# and a brief description of the issue that caused you to return.

 

Where do I send my return?

We'll send you instructions about how and where to send it back once we authorized your return request.
 

Are there any return shipping fees?

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will not include shipping charges previously paid for or shipping charges incurred upon returning merchandise.
 

When will I receive my refund?

We will start processing your refund as soon as we receive your item(s). We will inspect all returns to ensure your item(s) are in their original condition and do not show any signs of use. We'll send you an email when your return is complete. Please keep in mind that refunds normally take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
