Return/Exchange Policy

How long do I have to return/exchange my item?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund up to 30 days of your original receipt. All returns must be in their original condition and cannot show any signs of use.

Can I return/exchange items from a BOGO offer?

Any items purchased during a Buy One Get One deal can be returned for an exchange. Items purchased during a BOGO sale are viewed as pairs, one being the purchased pair and the other being the free pair.

If both items from a BOGO are returned at the same time, the full amount of the purchase can be refunded back to the original form of payment.

The purchased or free items from a BOGO sale are eligible individually for exchange for any item of equal original value.

If only one item from a BOGO sale is returned for a refund back to the original form of payment, the cost of the original purchase will be split equally between the two items.

How do I make a return/exchange?

We'll automatically create a account once you placed your order and send you an email about your account information.

  1. Log in and visit your My Account page.
  2. Click on the appropriate order number from the Order History section.
  3. Click "contact",then reply with your return/exchange reason or upload the return form.
  4. We'll respond back with Authorization and mailing label,then follow the steps to complete your return.

Please note: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refunded.

Where do I send my return?

You need to send it back to the original warehouse it ships from. We'll send you instructions about how and where to send it back once we authorized your return request.

Are there any return shipping fees?

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will not include shipping charges previously paid for or shipping charges incurred upon returning merchandise.

How do I return a broken or defective item?

If you received a broken or defective item, please contact us or email us at so we can get it taken care of right away! We'll work with you to send a replacement at no additional charge.

When will I receive my refund?

We will start processing your return request as soon as we receive your item(s). We will inspect all returns to ensure your item(s) are in their original condition and do not show any signs of use. We'll send you an email when your return is complete. Please keep in mind that refunds normally take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

When will my new item be shipped?

Simply log in and order your new item(s) for exchange. We'll start fulfilling your order as soon as you submit your request.
Please note that all exchanges must be in their original condition. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use.
